It provides property management services to Harbour Centre Tower 1, an industrial building located in Hung Hom.

Goodwell - Harbour Centre adopts various measures to reduce its environmental impact such as implementing 5S to manage materials and recycling reusable materials such as Christmas decorations to reduce waste. "To ensure a healthy and safe working environment, we employ independent consultants to conduct occupational health and safety (OHS) audits on a regular basis," Shing added.

Staff members are proactively involved in a corporate volunteer team to plan and organise voluntary events. The company has also established an annual voluntary service scheme with the Hong Chi Association and Caritas Hong Kong. "We also hire mentally handicapped persons as lift controllers." Shing said.
