Laundry Makes Clean Sweep with Water and Energy Savings

Vogue Laundry a member of the Swire Pacific Group of companies installed a third continuous batch washing system (CBW) in September 2001. The CBW system not only saved large amounts of water by reusing the rinse water for washing but also significantly reduced energy consumption for the laundry process. With the operation of the third CBW, Vogue now achieve savings in water and energy cost of approximately 18% and 20% respectively.
