BEC Event Services Package
Our green facillities are well managed, versatile and flexible for professional conferences (50-200 people), seminars, customer events, interactive staff workshops, small group senior roundtables or buffet dinner, press conference, large cocktail reception for up to 200 people in addition to exhibition.
BEC Council Members are entitled to 50% discount. General or Associate Members can enjoy 20%. Non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, charities and educational institutes may be granted 10% discount if their events are related to sustainable or environmental development.
Our Event Service Package offer everything you need to stage a successful event: high ceiling, column-less green space at BEC Exhibition Hall (2,600 sq.ft.) and BEC Auditorum (3,600 sq.ft), professional audio/ visual system including 2 microphones, a built-in high resolution ceiling projector, 12X12 feet screen, comfortable chairs and tales at your choice of set-up, fully skirted reception table, environmental friendly bouquet.
Additionally, we can offer professional master of ceremony, registration helpers and cater for your catering needs no matter breakfast, coffee break, lunch, cocktails or dinner buffet.
