Application Procedures

One sample of the entry product, and its packaging, manuals, detailed product information, catelogues, photographs and related particulates, should be submitted together with the entry form. If product samples cannot be submitted due to size and weight, the applicant should provide specification(s) or manual(s) of the entry products. Information supplied by the applicant will be taken into account by the judges when assessing the merit of the product. It is in the applicant's interest to provide as much detailed information as possible.

All information supplied will be kept strictly confidential.

The completed entry form with the product samples and supporting information should be submitted on or before 20 July 2007 to:

Assessment

All entries will undergo a preliminary evaluation by specialists at the Business Environment Council. A panel of distinguished judges comprising Hong Kong and overseas experts from industry, government, non-government and research organizations will assess the leading entries and decide the winners. Entrants may be invited to make a presentation to the judges.
