Peking University has engaged Business Environment Council for its CSR Research Program in China. We are privileged to obtain the sponsorship from BEC Council Member Dow Chemical Pacific Ltd on this program. This aims to give an overall picture of the awareness on Corporate Social Responsibility in China and to recommend the Central Government effective measures to promote CSR under the political structure of Socialistic Market Economy.
We will jointly develop Green Executive Development Program (GEDP) ranged from professional certification to post-graduate degrees such as green-MBA for examples. The GEDP is designed not just to help Chinese entrepreneurs or business executives for capacity building in arena such as environmental management, CSR training and research , but will also cater the needs of those who want deeper understand of the Country in such respect.
