With the slogan, "honouring excellence and applauding success", the Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) for 2006 now invites Hong Kong companies in the manufacturing and services sectors to submit entries. The closing date for entries is September 8, 2006.
HKAI is an awards scheme, championed by the Government, aiming to commend outstanding achievements and the performance excellence of enterprises in both the manufacturing and services sectors.
The Organising Committee of the Hong Kong Awards for Industries is chaired by the Director-General of Trade and Industry. The scheme comprises seven categories of awards organised by seven associations, as follows:

The adjudication of the HKAI is administered by individual organisers, which in turn make recommendations to the Final Judging Panel to consider the award winners.
The Awards Presentation Ceremony will be held on February 5, 2007 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
