BEC is organising a technical tour to The Henderson, a new architectural landmark in Hong Kong, on Friday 5 September 2025. Participants will visit this Grade-A office tower and the Art Garden to explore its five design pillars: Resilience, Health, Green, Smartness, and high-quality Hospitality services for tenants, their staff, and visitors.
The Henderson is set to become a world-class sustainable, liveable and smart workplace for the future, establishing itself as “an icon amongst icons” in Hong Kong. By integrating the built environment with nature, the Tower creates an urban oasis in the CBD, promoting access to green spaces and improving local air quality. With its passive designs and innovative features, The Henderson has already achieved “10 Platinum” in green, smart, healthy and sustainable lifestyle accreditations, earning full scores in SmartScore and China Smart Building.
