Mr Eugene Yang
Regional Managing Director – Singapore & Hong Kong, PALO IT

Eugene Yang is the Regional Managing Director for Singapore and Hong Kong at PALO IT, a global technology consultancy. He leads the firm’s AI-first transformation strategy, including the development of Gen-e2, PALO IT’s trademarked delivery methodology that redefines software engineering through Generative AI. 

Eugene is a vocal advocate for shifting the industry from scale-based delivery to smarter, AI-augmented teams, and is committed to helping organisations navigate this disruption with ambition, clarity, velocity and purpose.

 

 

Ir Tim Wong
ESG and Sustainability Hub Lead, Hong Kong, AECOM 

Ir Tim Wong is the ESG & Sustainability Hub Lead at AECOM Hong Kong, driving innovation in sustainable infrastructure and carbon management. With over 17 years of experience in both civil engineering and ESG, Tim has worked on major climate-resilient transport and water projects across the Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia. He is a Certified ESG Analyst and Planner, Certified Carbon Auditor and Certified BIM Manager.
 
Starting his career in 2008, Tim applied ESG principles to infrastructure projects even before the concept was widely recognized – most notably on a drainage tunnel project in northwest Hong Kong Island. He is a certified carbon auditor, ESG planner, and analyst, and has been a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) since 2013.
 
A strong advocate for sustainable practices, Tim serves on the Hong Kong Green Building Council’s infrastructure rating system committee. He was named Young Engineer of the Year by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in 2020 and represented Hong Kong at the UN’s COP28 climate conference in 2023.
 
Tim is also an active thought leader. He has shared his expertise at global and local events including conferences, industry forums, and university seminars in countries such as Turkey and Thailand, contributing to the international exchange of ideas on sustainability and infrastructure.

Team Lead – Customer Success, APAC, EcoVadis

Wendy Yu-Ching is a seasoned customer success leader with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation and sustainable impact across global enterprises. Currently leading Customer Success for the APJ region at EcoVadis, Wendy partners with organisations to embed sustainability into their operations, strengthen supply chain resilience, and accelerate ESG performance.

With a background spanning consulting, innovation, and technology enablement, Wendy brings a deep understanding of how to align business goals with measurable outcomes. She is passionate about fostering meaningful customer partnerships and advancing the role of sustainability in corporate strategy.
