Mr Sébastien Pivet With over 25 years’ experience in Retail, Sébastien is responsible for developing and implementing Sustainability and non-food Quality Assurance strategies for AS Watson Group. Besides the development of the Group’s Sustainability strategy, Sébastien and his team oversee ESG reporting to our shareholders, CK Hutchison and Temasek. Additionally, Sébastien initiated the launch of several responsible sourcing and environmental initiatives within the Group and with external brands manufacturers, and currently oversees on-going partnership programs with organisations such as amfori, the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil, The New Plastic Economy, the Forest Stewardship Council , and The Mekong Club. The latest achievement was the validation of the Science-Based Target initiative for AS Watson Group’s latest greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets (scopes 1, 2 and 3).

Ms Judy Ho Judy Ho is an accomplished sustainability professional with a diverse background in sustainable development, climate action, circular economy, and environmental consultancy. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at Swire Coca-Cola HK, Judy is responsible for driving sustainability programs and decarbonization actions in the Hong Kong market, in line with the Swire Coca-Cola 2030 Sustainable Development Strategy. Prior to her role at Swire, Judy held the position of Senior Technical Climate Action Advisor at World Vision International, the largest international for-purpose organization. In this role, she provided high-quality technical assistance in strategy and program design, focusing on securing financing solutions in areas such as environment, climate change, resilience, livelihoods, and economic development. Judy's expertise extends to environmental and strategy consultancy, where she led efforts in strategy development and sustainable financing with multilateral agencies. She has also played a leadership role in implementing waste management and climate change projects across the Asia-Pacific region. In addition to her professional roles, Judy holds an important position as an appointed member of the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee by the Chief Executive of HKSAR. In this capacity, she offers valuable advice on the appropriate utilization of the fund. Furthermore, Judy Ho has been appointed as a member of The Food Wise Hong Kong Steering Committee and the Advisory Committee on Recycling Fund by the Environment and Ecology Bureau. Through these positions, she lends her expertise and provides guidance on initiatives related to food waste reduction and recycling in Hong Kong.

Ms Venisa Chu Venisa leads L’Occitane Group’s sustainability transformation in Asia Pacific balancing the creation of social, economic, and environmental values. She is responsible for crafting APAC’s strategy to align with the Group’s achievement as a certified B Corporation™. Her current focus is to continuously drive decarbonization efforts through significant air freight reduction, enhance circularity in the supply chain while supporting our employees through being a living wage employer. With 20 years of experience in sustainability, real estate, and technology sectors, her expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, business operations and strategy, and risk mitigation. Venisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
